You can just run to all the points in the level that you need to and not have to worry about the enemies. You can pretty much roll through each level with ease using this technique. Break boxes by Hand of Buda close by. In corner, on grass, close to Itchy and Scratchy ramp. From last, use helium at building with 3 Grand Theft Scratchy ads on it to roof top, by skylights. From last, Dash off skylight to roof with orange ramp. From roof with skylight by 47, jump down to metal platform on neighboring building with door. Street level from last, in alley.

Climb three poles on side of Duff brewery to awning with Malibu Stacy seal, grab and shimmy around on ledge. Behind Duff brewery by big light blue tank. Use helium on side of building with pink trim across from Duff brewery to roof top, Homer-ball dash off ramp from there to next roof.

Hop down from here to roof with skylight next to downed Itchy and Scratchy billboard. From last, on overhang above door on building with chain link fence on roof-you can walk on narrow ledge around fence on roof. From 55, cross over downed Itchy and Scratchy billboard, then skylight, turn right, grab ledge, pull up.

From last, go straight down onto parking lot, on yellow lines. Hop on tires in back of Adult Education Center to roof.

On building behind Adult Education Center, climb latter then pole to roof, jump down to awning. Use dumpster to get to roof of Sequel Stop, hop to roof behind it. Hop onto roof of Grocery store across from mall. Homer-ball dash into car in back of church. Behind garbage can next to dumpster by church. Use helium inside church to get to over hang.
