Thanks for the prompt reply, Photolady. The Nero software was included in the CenDyne package. Nero had never been installed on my system before I added the CenDyne hardware.
Prior to that, I had the HP writer with Adaptec software. Nero apparently is a quallity program from all the reviews and information I read about it , but I find the support lacking. Incidentally, I downloaded 'DeepBurner' last evening and the initial run apapeared to be, for lack of a better term, a piece of cake!

What is happening is that you have a couple of files that are very similar in name, and the file name and path together are longer than is supported by the CD's file system.
When this happens the file names are truncated, and in this case, both have ended up with the same name. If I haven't explained this clearly, here is a fictitious example; Let's say the CD file system only supports 30 characters for a path and file name. As Seen On.
