To be honest, the white is quite a pain in the butt to work on XD. It took me almost 6 months from printing to paint this super cool Rei Ayanami figure design.
I never painted a figurine before, so I watched as many Youtube tutorial videos as I could about the hobby, painted some minis to practice, and then looked for references to get as close as possible to the original color scheme. I also learned the importance of sanding and filling when using an FDM printer to get a smooth finish. Although the figure is far from perfect, I am proud of it and all I have learned so far.
