Your logs don't look to bad, but there's still some cleanup we have to do: 1. I'm sure you're aware of the issues of legality, but there are other problems beyond this. Many of these programs come bundled with malware, and even if your programs itself is clean, you're sharing files from uncertified sources that are often infected. It's not required that you remove your p2p programs, but you need to be aware of the risks when you use them - you're likely to be infected if you don't pay very close attention to what you're downloading.

At least avoid downloading anything from them for the remainder of the fix until you're clean. Viewpoint is a foistware media player - it's installed without your knowledge and generally considered a risk by the security community. It's best if you remove it. CCleaner is another optional removal. Registry cleaner programs like this one have the potential to do a lot of damage to your computer if you're not sure what you're doing, and they don't really help you out that much.
